ok... so i had a blast with the apartment locator, i checked em all out. my fav site for looking at apts was apartments.com i found a really nice apt on barker cypress 2bed/2bath with a,giant patio, allows pets and all for only 800 a month, i want to move in now. i had a harder time with the houses one because i'm picky and cheap, you'd be amazed how hard it is to find a one story house with a giant backyard, jaccuzzie bathtub, fire place, granite countertops, kitchen island, and a partrige in a pear tree all for 100,000-150,000 i mean i didn't think i was asking for much greedy gullets. didn't really care for discover our town, but i found some dream houses on walk score all for the low price of 350,000-400,000 now if only i were rich and lived in austin where i could get one of those places (because for some reason i couldn't find out how to look for one in houston) that would be great. it asked to look for forclosires and the like, but i had a heck of a time even finding a place in houston let alone something as specific as that. i had fun with these sites (specifically the apt part) but i found some of the house sites hard to manuver through.
