you can find everything online nowadays, put your name up on google and see what pops up. i did that once and found my sister's school site with a class picture and everything, i also found my dad on there with information on various arrests he made throughout his career as a policeman complete with pictures. privacy on the internet is non-existant, that is why it is so important to make sure you are careful about what you post online these days. sometimes it can give you 15 min of fame like the "numa numa guy" and the "chocolate rain guy" (youtube). and sometimes it can make you the but of everyone's joke like the "leave britney alone guy/girl" (really not sure if it's a guy or a girl >.<) (can be found on youtube as well, it's pretty pathetic). of course being recognized on the street for dancin around in your skippies on youtube isn't the only thing people need to worry about when posting things online, you need to be careful about puting anything personal online. identity theft and stalkers are a couple of examples people should worry about. there's a lot of wackos out there you can never be to careful. but setting all that aside, while others can ruin the experiance the internet is supposed to be about gaining valuable information and having fun. and as long as you're careful there really shouldn't be any reason why you can't do so. so that is my rant.... and i'm done.... so yeah.
